Plansplus was founded by me, Martyn Phillips, in 2002.
Having spent many years working ‘hands on’ with brick and flint, timber and tradition, crafting beautiful buildings in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, I created Plansplus to provide a comprehensive architectural design service, tailored to the needs of homeowners and developers.
I take the stress away from development with a hands-on, practical approach to design and delivery.
It’s a unique blend of technical expertise and design that gives clients the confidence to be brave and build it(!) – creating visually striking, practical, buildable and compliant schemes.

Free Initial Consultation
You will be able to arrange a one hour FREE Initial Consultation, on site, to agree the following items
Feasibility Report
You will receive a preliminary Feasibility Report, based on the information gained from the Initial consultation, assessing the following three elements
Draft Schemes
Based on the information obtained from the Feasibility Report, you will reveive a Draft Scheme for the project.
Prepare & Submit Planning Applications
A relevant planning application, including any supplementary documentation or reports, will be submitted to the local authority.
Statutory Legislation
We will ensure that your construction projects are fully compliant with all relevant statutory legislation
Building Regulation, Drawings & Specifications
When planning permission has been obtained, building regualtions drawings & specifications will be produced.
Tender Documents
You will recieve a set of tender documents & forms needed to enable contractors to submit a quote for the works.
Contract Administration
Plansplus uses an intergrated project management system which allows all parties to monitor & edit all documents in real time
