Q: How do I know whether my proposal is achievable within my budget?

 

A: You will receive a feasibility study to assess the planning & structural viability, along with a projected build cost.

Q: How do I know what the proposed scheme will look like?

 

A: You will have access to a 3D virtual walk through & model of the proposed scheme. Working interactively with you, throughout the project ensures that any revisions are dealt with immediatley to avoid delays..

 

Q: How do I make sure I choose the right contractor?

A: You will receive a comprehensive tender package to ensure comparable quotes. 

 

Q: Who will oversee my project?

A: You will able to access our contract administration service, set at an appropriate level to suit your project.
