Based on the information obtained from the Feasibility Report, you will reveive a Draft Scheme for the project.

This will comprise 2D dimensioned floor plans, elevations & sections.

You will also have access to a 3D computer video model to provide a more comprehensive visualisation of the draft proposals.

A final draft will be produced, which will form the basis of the planning application.
