The architectural style employed is a balance of new country and classical features, such as the raking buttressing piers. The layout incorporates a curved mezzanine with a connecting bridge to access the master suite, which allows a full height element above the lounge.

The local authority nominated the project for inclusion into the LABC Building Excellence Awards where we a achieved Regional Finalist status

Hesters Cottage
Hesters Cottage started life as a terrace of three cottages, which over time had been converted to provide a single dwelling. The property enjoys spectacular views of the Chiltern Hills. The brief was to provide a two-storey extension to provide an extra lounge and a library area, which would optimise the views.

Mallards Court
We were approached by the owners of a large country house, to produce a design for an extension and alterations to form an extra lounge, garden room, kitchen and a master bedroom suite with balcony. The existing dwelling was constructed in early Victorian style, with part of the basement dating back to mediaeval times.
