The Brief

We were approached by the owners of a large country house, to produce a design for the conversion of a derelict Victorian Coach House into a guest annex.
 

Project Challenges

The feasibility study uncovered a planning constraint which required as much of the original fabric of the building to remain as possible. Due the structural instability, we produced a design based around an internal steel frame.
